Asphalt Seal Coating

Asphalt driveways and parking lots aren’t cheap to replace.  Protect your investment!

Do-it-yourself kits you find at the big-box stores don’t compare in quality.  Their sealants are diluted to ease application at the expense of overall quality and longevity.  Cheaper sealants also fade to a gray or blue color. Jet-Black® is naturally dark black; the formula resists graying by sunlight.

The Jet-Black® installation process ensures a long-lasting, high-quality job.  Brush-applying forces the sealant deeper into the surface and creates a strong bond.  Also, by sealing the porous surface from water penetration, Jet-Black® helps prevent damage from freeze-thaw cycles common to West Michigan.
